Best Florida Beaches
Naples Beach Florida
My best Florida beaches are Naples Beach, South Beach Florida and Key West Beach.
Hard to choose your beaches in Florida as to which of the beaches is the best? Why not just have a go.
Why Did I Choose My Three?
This beach on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico is more than 10 miles long, and is noted for its cleanliness and pristine white sand. I mean it is one of the more beautiful Southwest Florida beaches.
Naples Beach is ideal for family vacation packages, the retired, couples and even the most spectacular Florida beach weddings.
At sunset if you go to the Naples Pier you will see crowds of people watching the dolphins and waiting for the sunset. It is one of the most brilliant sunsets that I have seen.
If you like to shop you are only two blocks from the downtown area.
I loved to spend time on the Naples Pier but sunning myself on the sandy beach with the palm trees and calm water was my favorite pastime.
Of all the Florida beaches, this is my number one favorite. This is not only my opinion but quite a few tourists are in agreement.
To put it simply it is one of the best Florida beaches.
South Beach Florida
When it comes to the best Florida beaches, South Beach has to come somewhere near the top.
When one is looking at Florida beach vacations, should South Beach be considered? The answer has to be Yes.
This was my number 2 pick for the best beach.
Why did I not choose this as number one?
I really liked South Beach. The beach is wide and beautiful. Our South Beach Florida hotel was Art Deco and very close to the beach.
There is plenty of night life and restaurants to keep you very busy.
If this is what you are looking for then it will probably be your number one of the best Florida beaches.
For myself, South Beach lost out to Naples Beach because I now like a much quieter atmosphere, with just enough night life to keep me busy.
Key West Beach
There are some very nice Florida beaches around Key West.
While this formed part of my third choice for the best Florida beaches, what clinched it was what is around the beaches.
When we first arrived at Key West, it was just in time to see the famous sunset from the beach and waterfront.
When we got to the waterfront, it was like a carnival with many people doing their own acts, from a juggler to a wire rope walker.
It was packed and the atmosphere was electrifying and there are many restaurants on the beach where you can really enjoy yourself.
While a block over you can spend a day just looking at the history of Key West, from Hemingway's house to the famous Lighthouse.
Key West is the southern most point of the United States and only ninety miles from Cuba. Have a look at the picture on the right.
It is for these reasons that this is my number 3 choice.
Now I'm going to give you a chance.
You might not agree with my three choices. You might think what is he talking about, so now I am going to throw open a question to you:
I Bet You Can't Answer A Question?
